  • This branch includes the PRESIDENT
  • This branch CARRiES 0UT THE LAWS
  • EXEXUTES-the laws

LEGiSLATiVE
  • Includes Congress
  • This branch MAKES LAWS
  • The legislatives has two houses
  • SENATE
  • (House Of representatives is based on the states population)

JUDiCAL
  • Includes the SUPREME COURT
  • Determines if laws made by congress(LEGISATIVE) are constitutional
